So, I took advantage of a sale of Barielle polishes, and I ordered two. I was super excited because I don't own any of their polishes and I have been reading reviews about it. I bought Falling Star and Jess' Champagne Toast.
This manicure is Falling Star. I saw it in another blog, and loved how it looked! It is a beautiful dusky, bright blue with copper glitter sparsely scattered throughout.
UNFORTUNTELY, the polish was so incredibly thick when I got it, that it was completely unusable. I bought some thinner to hopefully fix the problem-which negates the 3 free that it is supposed to be-but after about 15+ drop,s it is still hopelessly thick-although not unusable. I honestly don't know what to do with it. Keep dropping away into the polish, hoping it finally works out? As you can see in the pictures, the nail polish was still so thick, that it didn't level out on my nails. You can see that drastically in the above picture.
The other thing it did is that the second coat of polish mad the first coat of glitter look hazy and covered up. It was really weird! I am super bummed about this and will probably never use it again since I have so many polishes that I love. :o( What a bummer. Anyone else have this happen to them?
