Nail-Venturous Black and White Polish-Voodoo Doll!

I have this thing I do that seems to seep into every aspect of my life.  I never let myself do the things I WANT to do until the things I NEED to do are finished. I do that with chores, food, time off, folding clothes-and now even nail polish!  Voodoo Doll is THE polish I wanted to wear from the beginning, but I made myself wait until I had done other polishes first. I finally couldn't wait ANY LONGER!  I realized I was taking polish off sooner in order to get to that one quicker!  So without further ado, here is Nail-Venturous' handmade polish called Voodoo Doll!
This is part of the Louisiana Southern Hospitality Collection.  It is a black jelly base with white and black multi-sized hex glitters!  There is also a super-fine sliver glitter in there.  The black and white glitters are matte, but the silver is sparkly.  These first three pictures, I used a black base coat before putting two coats of Voodoo Doll over it. The black base gives it a solid edge that I like to have on my nails when I use glitter.
I have to say that this was worth the wait!  It is gorgeous!  My favorite color for almost 30 years has been black. Even one of my Pinterest boards is named "Black and White!" So, suffice it to say that I KNEW I had to have this polish!
Voodoo Doll went on fairly well and the glitters came out effortlessly!  I oohed and aahed when I put it on and I know I will be wearing this one many times!  My husband even noticed and asked about it!
The next three pictures show Voodoo Doll without a black base coat. It is just two coats of Voodoo Doll (with one coat of Gelous and TWO coats of Seche Vite.)
I really like the way Voodoo Doll looks without the black base; it makes it look so ethereal!  It just didn't photograph well.  There is no visible tip wear on my nails in real life and it looks really 3D!
I just can't get over this polish!  The multiple layers of matte glitter and the sparkle of the super fine silver makes it perfect in my book!  This will be one I don't want to take off!
Here is a bottle shot of Voodoo Doll, although I noticed that the bottles Amy will be selling have a really cute label that's different than mine.  You will be happy to know that this one will be on her Etsy site when she opens in two weeks!  Woohoo!  Make sure you get a bottle of this beauty!  I am willing to bet that it will sell quick!
