Seven Days of Maya Cosmetics: Day 4-Glitters!

Day 4 of Maya Cosmetics brings us to the glitter bombs!  For those of you wondering what I am talking about, Maya Cosmetics has come out with 21 new polishes that debuted in her shop today, and I have the pleasure of reviewing all twenty one of them. I am doing Seven Days of Maya Cosmetics, with today's post being Day 4!  You can check out my blog for Day 1-Holo's and Day's 2 and 3-Glitter jellies.
This post is loaded with pics, so let's get on with it!
Envy is a green micro-glitter loaded polish with some holographic glitter interspersed in there as well.
I used two coats and it dried very quickly and layered incredibly well. It was certainly not too thick and went on smoothly and evenly. I used a coat of Maya Cosmetics' glitter top coat and a coat of Seche Vite to smooth it out.  This is the perfect polish for St. Patty's Day!
Here is a macro showing you all the goodness!  Again, I did not need a base coat as this is very opaque on it's own!
Before, I show you the next glitter topper, I want to show you an oldie of Maya Cosmetics that I used as a base coat... This is called Tranquillus.  I used three coats of this navy base with gold shimmer.
Over the top of Tranquillus, I used a gorgeous custom-turned-core polish called Wyoming Skies.  Now this polish (and another that I will show you Saturday night,)  was a custom polish made for and ispired by Kelly from Set In Lacquer.  Kelly and Lisa from Cosmetic Sanctuary went to Maya Cosmetics looking to make custom polishes for one of their many generous giveaways!
Wyoming Skies is a head-turning blend of copper and blue glitters in a clear base. If this is what Wyoming skies look like in real life, then I want to visit!
I used only one coat over Tranquillus because plenty of glitter came out on the first stroke.  The glitter went on evenly and laid flat.  I had zero issues with it!
I love the square glitters in it!  This macro shot really gives you a close up of what it really going on in this polish!
Next, I want to show you another oldie by Maya Cosmetics that I used for my base coat. This is Surly.  Surly is a smoky purple with purple shimmer. (YUM.)
Over Surly, I layered a glitter bomb extraordinaire!  Ruckus is aptly named for the myriad of glitters in it!   There are holo diamonds, hexes, hairy glitter, squares and smaller hexes. The colors are purple, blue, silver, and holo!
The bottle was so packed with glitter, that is was hard to actually lay it on my nail. I had way too much on my brush, so I dabbed it on and then brushed it. I uses a coat of Maya Cosmetics' glitter top coat and a coat of Seche Vite.
Macro shot of Ruckus.
Okay, my favorite glitter of this post... Once in a Lullaby is a multi-colored glitter in a clear base.  The glitters are matte and all the same sized hex.  There is a smattering of holo in there as well.  If you have been following me for over a year, then you know that I LOVE multi-colored glitters!  I layer them all over black and then I matte them!  They are so fun and there are so many ways to do them!
I used one coat over black and a coat of Sech Vite to top it off.  Once in A Lullaby came out easily and effortlessly.  The glitter covered well and laid flat.  I LOVE THIS ONE!
Macro shot!  Do you see the holo glitters sparkling?
I always matte my multi-colored glitters, so here it is!  I love how it looks matted.

I loved these glitter top coats!  What did you think?
