Takko Lacquer Kitsch

Imagine my surprise when I am at the Colors and Cocktails indie event in Vegas when a pretty, somewhat shy girl walks by and on her name tag is "Sheryl - Takko Lacquer."  I was finally able to put a face to the name!  I introduced myself and Sheryl was super sweet.  She handed me this beautifully wrapped press sample of Kitsch and then mentioned that it smelled like cotton candy.
I was hesitant to wear it as I didn't know how strong it would be.  I put a base coat of Polish My Life Commando. I then opened the bottle and sniffed.  It smelled perfectly of cotton candy!  Not too strong and I thought I might lick the brush. Ok, maybe not, but still...
Kitsch went on smoothly and the glitters laid flat. I was really impressed by the way it was thought out.  There are some holo glitters in there as well to give it some kick.
I am not a big glitter topper fan, but this was simply beautiful.  The smell of cotton candy was a great bonus and I found myself sniffing my nails throughout the day.
Parting Thoughts: It is near impossible for me to get any Takko Lacquers during restock, but I have always loved her polishes.  A friend has gotten a couple for me and I treasure those. This one is no different. I am always amazed by the thought and quality that go into these polishes.
